In addition to passing our detailed application process each Security Officer must pass our pre-employment screening program, which includes:
Drug Screening
We screen applicants for potential abuse of drugs such as:
cocaine
methamphetamines
marijuana
heroin
Criminal Record Check
We check country court level records for any felony convictions and, when available, significant misdemeanors.
Consumer Credit Report
We use this report to verify an applicant's name and address, as well as to review the applicant's credit history.
Social Security Number Verification
This check confirms an applicant's identity and the validity of issuance.
Driver License Record Check
We use this report to verify an applicant's identity, physical description, residence, and to screen for serious driving violations, such as driving under the influence.
Who We Do Not Employ
Stealth does not employ security officers with physical conditions that would prevent them from providing you with an excellent level of security services, such as heart disease, back problems, hearing loss, nervous conditions, serious emotional problems, and alcohol or drug problems. Stealth also refuses to hire those with bad employment histories, criminal records, and any other questionable backgrounds.
